Veteran-Centered Mental Health Counseling
Designed specifically for those who served, the
New Mexico Veterans Integration Centers (VIC) offers
free, confidential mental health counseling built
on military cultural competency.
Our clinicians are either veterans themselves or specialized in military-connected trauma and experiences —ensuring you work with someone who understands the culture,
the transition, and the weight you carry.
Helping you overcome challenges
We offer specialized, trauma-informed therapy for post-traumatic stress, severe anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation for the veterans in our programs. We do our best to continually maintain a non-judgmental space to help stabilize and navigate life's darkest moments.

Sustainable Discharge & Follow-Up
Every treatment plan includes structured follow-up strategies to ensure you maintain your progress and stay connected to long-term community support.
