Funded by the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) through the Dept of Veterans Affairs, our mission is to help very low-income veteran families find stability in safe permanent housing.

Housing, but not JUST housing. For Veterans who are homeless or on the verge of homelessness.  In addition, this program provides: case management, mental health and life skills support, and assistance navigating wrap-around services
