Delivering transitional housing, comprehensive case management, and homelessness prevention support requires a dedicated, community-wide effort. At the New Mexico Veterans Integration Centers, our priority remains clear: serving the veterans and families who need us most with dignity, stability, and long-term care.

Recently, we had the honor of welcoming State Senator Jay Block to our Albuquerque campus for a full tour of our facilities and programs.

A Firsthand Look at Frontline Services

During his visit, Senator Block toured our transitional housing units, explored our community food pantry, and met with our staff to learn more about the day-to-day operations that keep our campus running. From behavioral health support and creative arts to emergency financial assistance and essential donations, the tour highlighted the full spectrum of care required to help veterans rebuild their lives.

When elected leaders take the time to step onto our campus, meet our team, and speak with us directly, it helps keep the real, human need at the forefront of local and state government.
