Q. Before working at the VIC, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had? A. The most interesting job that I’ve ever had was manufacturing military shelter systems and commercial fabric buildings. It was a very difficult job, but it built character and gave me a newfound respect for those who work in the manufacturing and production.

Q. People would be surprised if they knew: A. People would be surprised by my odd collection of boxes. Yes, boxes! I have boxes made out of unique materials from all over the world. My favorite box is made out of eucalyptus wood and it has a hand painted toucan. I also like to collect oddities such as taxidermy, and strange art.

Q. People say that we become our parents as we age. What’s something your mother or father would do, that you swore you’d never do, but find yourself doing? A. Something my father does that I swore I would never do, but find myself doing all the times is using Vick’s Vapor Rub. As a child I used to hate the smell of it, and swore that I would never use it. Now, I love it and can’t live without it. I have become a victim of Vapor rub!

Q. Which Mr. Men / Little Miss character do you associate with the most? A. The character that I most associate myself with is Little Miss Brave; she is passionate, and is never scared to stand up for what is right!
